1. Enrollment & Registration

To enroll in any course at Iqra Institute, students must complete the online registration form and provide accurate personal information. By registering, you confirm that all provided information is truthful and up-to-date.

Students under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent prior to enrollment. Iqra Institute reserves the right to refuse enrollment at its discretion.

Upon successful enrollment and payment processing, students will receive login credentials to access the Student Dashboard, along with their scheduled class start date.

2. Payment Policy

All tuition fees are payable via PayPal, our secure and trusted payment processor. Payments are due at the beginning of each subscription period (monthly, 6-month, or 12-month plans).

• Monthly plans are billed at the start of each calendar month.
• 6-month and 12-month discounted plans are billed in full at enrollment.
• All prices are listed and charged in USD.
• Iqra Institute does not store credit card information — all payment data is handled securely by PayPal.

Failure to maintain timely payments may result in suspension of classes until the account is brought current.

3. Refund Policy

Iqra Institute offers a 100% Money-Back Guarantee within the first seven (7) days of your first paid session. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of teaching or service, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

After the 7-day satisfaction window, refunds are handled as follows:

• Monthly plans: No refund for the current month. Subscription will not renew.
• 6-month plans: Partial refund issued for unused full months, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 12-month plans: Partial refund issued for unused full months, minus a 15% administrative fee.

4. Class Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. Students may reschedule or cancel individual classes under the following conditions:

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.
• Classes cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice will be considered as completed and cannot be rescheduled.
• Each student is entitled to two (2) emergency rescheduling requests per month with no penalty.
• If Iqra Institute needs to cancel a class, the student will be offered a make-up session at no extra charge.

5. Code of Conduct

Iqra Institute is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and Islamic learning environment for all students and teachers. By enrolling, you agree to:

• Treat all teachers and staff with respect and courtesy at all times.
• Maintain Islamic etiquette and proper conduct during all sessions.
• Not record, share, or distribute any class sessions without explicit written consent from Iqra Institute.
• Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.

Violations of this code may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of enrollment without refund.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Iqra Institute respects your privacy. Personal information collected during registration (name, email, phone number) is used solely to provide our educational services and communicate with you regarding your enrollment.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except as required by law. Session data may be used internally for quality assurance purposes.

By registering, you consent to receiving emails related to your enrollment, class schedules, and important announcements. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum, digital books, videos, and content provided by Iqra Institute are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Iqra Institute.

• Course materials are licensed for personal use by the enrolled student only.
• No materials may be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
• Students may not use any Iqra Institute branding, logos, or content for commercial purposes.

8. Changes to These Terms

Iqra Institute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
